Question 2

What is the Milan Bed Frame made of?

Accepted Answer

The Puffy Milan Bed Frame features premium high-pile, dimensional textured GrandSuite™ Velvet upholstery that adds sophisticated texture and elegance to your bedroom. Each deep channel is crafted with CertiPUR-US® certified foam (made without ozone depleters, PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP ("Tris") flame retardants, mercury, lead, and other heavy metals, formaldehyde, and regulated phthalates). Discreet rubber feet provide floor protection and help minimize movement.

Question 3

What is the best bed frame for a mattress?

Accepted Answer

The ideal bed frame provides consistent support, proper weight distribution, and elegant stability. Our Milan Bed Frame achieves this through thoughtful engineering that helps preserve your mattress warranty and extend its lifespan. It features an enhanced SilentCore™ bracket system at every corner, with innovative triple-hook design connecting sideboards to the headboard, and premium materials throughout. The elegant channel-tufted design transforms your bedroom into a luxury sanctuary.

Question 4

Does it work with all mattress types?

Accepted Answer

Our precision-spaced slats provide ideal support for any mattress type, from memory foam to hybrid. The design ensures proper ventilation and weight distribution.

Question 5

Do I need a box spring with this bed frame?

Accepted Answer

Our Milan Bed Frame eliminates the need for a traditional box spring. The engineered slat system provides optimal support for your mattress while maintaining proper airflow.

Question 6

How easy is assembly?

Accepted Answer

Assembly takes approximately 20–30 minutes with two adults. The Milan features hand-tightened knobs and a straightforward bolt assembly with an Allen wrench included—no power tools required. Height-adjustable brackets let you customize mattress height. We include detailed visual instructions, and our best-in-class support team is available 7 days a week.

Question 7

How much weight can the bed frame support?

Accepted Answer

The Milan Bed Frame supports up to 1,020 lbs, including your mattress. For optimal performance, always place it on a flat, level surface and ensure all connecting elements are properly secured during assembly.

Question 8

How will I receive my Milan Bed Frame?

Accepted Answer

Your bed frame ships in three carefully packaged boxes to protect the premium textured velvet and ensure safe delivery. One box contains the main headboard section, another holds the headboard wings, and the third includes sideboards, footboard, and slats with all necessary hardware. Each component is carefully packaged to preserve quality during transit, and delivery is free to your door.

Question 9

How do I maintain my bed frame?

Accepted Answer

For your Milan Bed Frame's premium textured GrandSuite™ Velvet upholstery, gentle vacuuming with a soft brush attachment will keep it looking fresh. For occasional spot cleaning, use a mild soap solution with a soft cloth.
