Puffy has one of the best return policies available. We know it may take a while to decide whether you're happy with a purchase. That's why if you're not satisfied with your Puffy mattresses, bases, or bedroom accessories for any reason, we offer a no-questions-asked return policy within your 101-night sleep trial!

Puffy provides all customers with a complimentary 101-night sleep trial on all products. We are that confident our mattresses and bedroom products will help you achieve the sleep you deserve.

PUFFY MATTRESS RETURNS

We recommend sleeping on your Puffy Mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to properly adjust, especially if this is your first foam mattress. Since every individual is unique, the adjustment period will depend on each individual’s body and the type of mattress you had before. For some, the adjustment period may be one day while for others up to 30 days. That is why we require all customers to try out the mattress for a minimum of 14 days so that you truly give Puffy a chance to provide you with the most comfortable sleep you have ever experienced.

So, if you've been considering our mattress, order worry-free! Better yet, if for some reason you don't believe the Puffy Mattress has provided you with the best sleep of your life, simply return your mattress no questions asked! We will help you donate that mattress to a local charity and provide you a full refund following your return.

It's a win-win all around! Either you will discover a new level of deep sleep with our Puffy Mattress, or, if you decide it's just not for you, you get to sleep easy knowing that your mattress won’t go to waste after you return your Puffy Mattress — instead, we'll donate it to a local or national charity to provide those in need with a comfortable bed that they can lay their heads on.

PUFFY PRODUCT RETURNS

All Puffy products are delivered to you with a 101-night sleep trial. This includes mattresses, bases, and bedding.

If within the first 101 nights of trying your Puffy product, you're not completely satisfied, you may return the product for free and we’ll give you a full refund. How's that for a return policy?

The Puffy return policy is limited to a maximum of two returns per household. Returns must be exercised directly with Puffy, no later than the 101-day trial following delivery.

Puffy's 101-night sleep trial and return policy apply only to original purchasers of genuine Puffy products which were purchased directly from the website at puffy.ca.
