If you're used to sleeping on a different mattress it can take some time for your body to fully adjust to the superior support and comfort of a Puffy.
We recommend sleeping on your new mattress for at least 14 nights. For the best results, give yourself a full 30 nights to truly experience the benefits. Still not your perfect comfort match? Don't worry. Puffy offers a 101-night sleep trial, during which you can return the mattress
for a full refund.
- You must put your Puffy mattress to the test for a minimum of 14 nights before we can process a refund.
- The risk-free 101-night trial and return period applies to customers who bought their items directly from puffy.ca.
- Returning the free bedding gifts included with your mattress purchase is not required.
- We can only accept returns of unopened items to our facility. Contact support@puffy.ca for a return shipping label.
- Opened items must be donated before we can issue a refund.
- Puffy can arrange home pick-up for charity donations of all mattresses, smart bed sets, the Serenity Adjustable Base, and the Sterling Bed Frame. You can also choose to organize the donation of these products yourself. Contact support@puffy.ca to start a return.
- For all other products, including the Midnight Foundation and bedding items, you need to organize the donation. We can guide you in arranging a donation to a charity of your choice. Contact support@puffy.ca to start a return.
- The Puffy mattress return policy is limited to a lifetime maximum of two returns per household.
- Returns must be exercised directly with Puffy no later than the 101st day following delivery.
- If you donate items yourself, all you'll need is a donation receipt to receive a full refund.
