We want you to order your new Puffy Mattress worry-free. We’ve ensured every mattress comes with a 101-night mattress trial period so you can put Puffy to the test. If you don’t get the best sleep ever after at least 14 nights, we’ll give you a full refund.

    If you are not satisfied with your Puffy Mattress, you can return it within 101 nights. We’ll schedule the mattress return and donate it to a charity so it doesn’t go to waste. We’ll even provide a full refund of the purchase price.

    If your Puffy isn't the perfect fit for you, we want to ensure your return process is simple and easy. Email our support team - support@puffy.ca - with your order number and we'll get your return started.
