Puffy Return Policy Terms
- You must utilize the mattress trial for a minimum of 30 nights before you start your mattress return process. This allows your body to get used to the luxurious comfort of our mattresses.
- The Puffy return policy is limited to a lifetime maximum of two returns per household. Returns must be exercised directly with Puffy no later than the 365th day following delivery.
- Puffy's 365-night sleep trial and return policy apply only to original purchasers of genuine Puffy products which were purchased directly from the website at puffy.ca.
- Note: This is only applicable to purchases made on or after February 23, 2026. Customers who purchased before this date retain their original trial terms of a 365-night trial and must test the product for at least 14 nights before requesting a refund.
