Puffy Royal and Adjustable Bed Purchase

I purchased the Puffy Royal and the Adjustable Bed. We’ve had it for a couple of weeks. The Puffy Royal (we previously had the Puffy Lux) is ecellent and just the right blend of firmness and softness.

The reasons for the 4 stars is the boxes that they came in were partially opened and very dirty. Not a helpful first impression. We do not find the massage feature on the adjustable bed to be useful and probably better if it did not include it at all. The Puffy team were very responsive on the issues with the dirty/opened boxed and I was very impressed with the manner in which they were responsive and prompt. Would highly recommend Puffy.
